Pastor James T. Elam Jr. is a native of Isle of Wight County. He is married to Penny Newman and they have two sons, James III and Joshua. Pastor Elam is the son of Pastor James T. & Mrs. Elam Sr. He is a graduate of Virginia State University and Richmond Christian Center Bible Institute
